15-12-10-8-6 reps back squat. 5 sets of 8 reps sissy squat at tempo 5200. 3-minute rests.

2) Hamstring raises + DB Walking lunges
5 sets of 8 reps hamstring raise. 5 sets of 10-meter walking lunges. 3-minute rests.
