1) BB Drag Curls + DB Lying Triceps Extension
15-10-8-6-4 reps for loads. 2-minute rests.
2) Alternating, DB Hammer Curls + Triceps Kickback
5 x 8 reps per Arm. 2-minute rests.
3) Glutes + Hips:
100 per leg, Lying Side Leg Raises, back against the wall.
200 Prone Leg Raise
