30 DB Thrusters
25 Knees to Elbows
20 alternating DB Shoulder Press
15 Burpee Deadlift w/DB's
10 Pull-ups
Finish with an 800-meter run.

*LTBD for all DB movements.

TODAY'S STRENGTH TRAINING:

"Legs #5"

Back Squat 10-8-6-4-2 reps for loads.
DB Walking Lunges, 5 sets of 20-meters for loads.
Good Mornings, 4 sets of 25 reps, unbroken, LTBD.
Rest 2-minutes between sets. Complete each exercise before moving onto the next exercise.
