1 Legless rope climb, 15' ascent, beginning from seated
12 Bench Press (115lb/80lb)

*Scale loads where necessary. Substitute the Floor chest press for the bench press.

TODAY'S STRENGTH TRAINING:

"Bench Press and Bottom Half Deadlift"

5 sets. 3-minute rests. Increase loads.
Bench Press x 10 reps
