"The Hero Workout"

While wearing a 20lb vest or tactical vest, do the following for time:
1 mile run
50 Pull-ups
40 Wall Ball Shots (20lb-10'/14lb-9')
30 Toes to bar
20 Burpees
10 Deadlifts (315lb/225lb)
1-mile run

Post time to Members area. Scale the workout as necessary per individual. Compare to 03/19/16.
