A. Alt on the minute for 12 minutes (6 rounds)
Odd minute- 3 Front Squats
Even minute- 6 Back Squat
(Work at 60% of 1RM of Front Squat for both)

B. Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes -
7 Deadlifts (245/165 or LTBD)
Max rep Wall balls (20lb/14lb)
*DL are done on the minute, Max rep Wall balls for remaining time of the minute
