2 Hang Power Clean, increase load.

B) AMRAP in 4 minutes of:
6 Hang Squat Clean
6 Bar Facing Burpees

C) AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
6 Ground to Overhead
30 Double Unders

D) AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
400 Meter Run
21 Back Squats
