1 Hang Power Clean (LTBD) + 1 Push Press or 1 Push Jerk
*Odd minutes do 3 Strict or weighted Pull-ups

B. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
Squat Snatch @85% 1RM, 10 sets of 2 reps.
