2 Man Makers, DB load TBD (scale - lighter dumbbell load or no dumbbell)
3 Box Jumps, 24" (scale - step ups or box jump onto a lower box)
4 Ring Dips (scale box dips)
5 Squats
6 Kettlebell Swings, 35lbs (scale - KB deadlifts)
7 Mountain Climbers, 4 count (scale - no 4 count or hands on a higher surface)
8 Dumb bell Cleans (scale - load of DB)
9 Push-ups (scale - elevated chest push-ups or knee push-ups)
10 Thrusters (scale - lighter load or pvc pipe)
11 Burpees (scale - slow down and take your time)
12 GHD Sit-ups (scale - AbMat Situps)
