Teams of 2 must complete the following Hero WOD's for time:

"Karen": 150 wallballs
"Donny": 21-15-9-9-15-21 reps:
Deadlifts (225/155)

**Must do the workout and movements in order. Must complete all of the reps before moving on to the next one. Split reps up as needed. One person works at a time.
