A. Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes do:
     3 Power Cleans, increasing load.

B. Four rounds for time of:
     8 Deadlifts (155lb/105lb)
     6 Power Cleans
     200 meter Sprints

C. Mobility 101 @ 10:00 a.m.:
    Points of Interest: Hip Flexor and Hip Capsule

D. Strength 101 @ 6:00 p.m.:
     5x5: Back Squat/Deadlift/Bench Press
     Increasing load. 2 minutes’ rest between sets.
     Complete each exercise before moving onto the next.
