8AM W.O.D:
100 Thrusters for time. **
**Every minute on the minute do 5 burpees.

Rest 5 minutes, then...

5 rounds for time of:
200 meter Run
10 Deadlifts
10 Hang Power Cleans
10 Push Press

Time CAP is 40 minutes for entire W.O.D.

9AM Team W.O.D:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
P1 does 4 x 10-meter Kettlebell bell carries + 10 Kettlebell Front Squats
P2 works on the AMRAP below:
10 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
10 Toes to Bar
10 Slam Ball Jumps
10 Burpees
10 Box Jumps
10 Sit-ups

P1 completes 4x 10m and then switches with P2. The teams should keep a running tally of how many rounds completed.
