B. Five rounds for time: Back Squat x 10 reps @ 3200
Rest 60 seconds
Run 200 meters, hold within 3-5 seconds of first attempt
Rest 60 seconds
Dumbbell Chest Press x 8 reps @ 2011 (perform on medicine ball)

Increasing load for both back squat and dumbbell chest press.

C. Mobility 101 @ 10AM:
Point of Interest: Calves and Hamstrings

D. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
1) E3MO3M for 15 minutes: 3 Power Snatch + 2 OHS + 1 Hang Squat Snatch. Increase load.
2) Accessory work:
3x12 Weighted hip extensions
3x10 Straight Leg Deadlifts
3x 25 Hip Thrusts.
