A couple of reminders:

1) We will only be OPEN for the 7AM Open gym and the “Twelve Days of Christmas” WOD at 8:30AM.
2) Canned Food to Get Out of Burpees Drive: Bring in 2 canned food items per person to get out of doing Burpees.


Burpees to be done as a group: 50 reps!!! Unless of course you remember your canned goods.
