2 Split Jerks per leg, increasing load. No rack.

5 Box Jumps (30”/24”)
3 Toes to Bar
20-meter Shuttle Run

C. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
Shoulder Press 5-5-5-5-5
Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1
*Compare to 10/19/09. 2 minute rests between all sets.
