5 Knees to Elbows
10-meter Slam-ball Cradle Carry (50lb/25lb)
10 Zercher Squat with Slam-ball
*Every minute on the minute do 3 static Inch Worm.

C. Mobility 101 @ 10AM:
Points of Interest: The Glutes

D. Strength 101 @ 6PM: Emphasis on the Posterior Chain
1) Face Pulls 5x12
   Back Extensions 4x25
   Pendlay Row 3x8
   Barbell Glute Bridge 3x12
*Increase loads with the row and bridge, if able. Rest 1-2 minutes between sets.
