Team of two will:

P1: 75 Alternating stationary lunges
P2: Complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
500 Row **Partner must babysit your slam ball while rowing: AKA hold it! ;) **
20 Over the shoulder Slam Balls
15 Jumping Slam Balls
10 Slam Ball Burpee Over Box

*Switch partners after P1 completes 75 alternating lunges
**You and your slam ball are going to be best friends by the end ;)
