Reminder for Saturday - be sure to come in for Coach Marcy's exciting Halloween WODs at 8am and 9am, plus wear your costume to be judged and see if YOU have the COOLEST costume!

Set-up will follow the WOD's for our Oktoberfest & Chili Cook-off which will start at 12pm. Members can bring their local friends too. Your friends can enter their name into a random drawing for a FREE One month Unlimited Membership.

10 Box Jumps (30”/24”)
500-meter Row
B. Strength 101 @ 6:00pm:
1) Bench Press, 5 sets of 2 repetitions @ 80% 1RM. 2 minute rests.
2) Deadlift, 5 sets of 5 repetitions @ 65% 1RM. 1 minute rests.
