Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes:
400 meter Run
20-meter Overhead Walking Lunge (LTBD)
5 Double-pump Wall Ball Shots (LTBD)

Post total rounds to Members area. Compare to 10/13/15.

TODAY’S STRENGTH TRAINING:

“The Chest #2”

1) Decline Push-ups, 5 sets of 8 reps @ tempo 31X1. 20” surface.
2) Dumbbell Flyes on Medicine Ball, 5 sets of 8 reps. Increase loads.
3) Bench Press, wide grip, 12-10-8-6-4-2 reps for loads. Increase loads.

Complete each exercise before moving onto the next, rest 2-minutes between each set.

Post completion of #1 and loads for #2/#3 to Members area. Compare to 04/04/19.
