3 DB Chest Press/side
15 Kettlebell Swings (70lb/50lb)
Rest 1 minute.
6 DB Chest Press/side
30 Kettlebell Swings
Rest 1 minute.
9 DB Chest Press/side
45 Kettlebell Swings
Rest 1 minute.
12 DB Chest Press/side
60 Kettlebell Swings
Rest 1 minute.
As many meters as possible of:
KB Front Rack Carry, Left side, 10 meters
KB Front Rack Carry, Right side, 10 meters
*increase load of the dumbbells each set, one arm at a time.

Bottom Quarter Back Squat x 10 reps
Weighted Hip Extensions x 8 reps*
