15 HSPU - 1 L-Pull-ups
13 HSPU - 3 L-Pull-ups
11 HSPU - 5 L-Pull-ups
9 HSPU - 7 L-Pull-ups
7 HSPU - 9 L-Pull-ups
5 HSPU - 11 L-Pull-ups
3 HSPU - 13 L-Pull-ups
1 HSPU - 15 L-Pull-ups
*HSPU = Handstand Push-ups
**Scaling options for movements will be available in class.

TODAY’S STRENGTH TRAINING:

The Chest #2

1) Decline Push-ups, 5 sets of 8 reps @ tempo 31X1. Feet elevated at 20 inches, if able.
2) DB Flies on Med Ball, 5 sets of 8 reps.
3) BB Bench Press, Wide Grip, 12-10-8-6-4-2 reps for loads. Increase loads.
**2-minute rests between each set. Complete each exercise before moving onto the next.
