1 Legless Rope Climb, 15’ ascent, beginning from seated
115-lb. Bench Press x 12 reps (the classes will perform floor chest presses)

4 sets of Back Squats, tempo 4001 x 3. Increase load.
4 sets of Good Mornings x 8. (95lbs/75lb)
