Friendly reminder, the CrossFit Open WOD will be announced tonight at 8:00 pm EST on www.games.crossfit.com.

We will host the Open WOD on Saturday, March 2nd starting at 9:00 am. Drop-ins are welcome for a $20 fee.

TODAY’S WOD:

10 efforts, each for time: 500-meter Row. Damper set at 6. 1 - minute rests between efforts.

Post times to Members area. Compare to 11/9/18.

TODAY’S STRENGTH TRAINING:

“The Chest #3”

8 super sets of:
Dumbbell Flyes on med ball x 12, increase load each set.
Dips x 10, unbroken
Rest 3 minutes between sets.

Post loads and dip reps for each round to Members area. Compare to 08/27/18.
