TODAY’S TEAM WOD:
SCOTTISH HERO WOD – converted to Teams of 2 WOD:
Teams of 2 will complete the following for time:
100 Deadlifts (LTBD)
50 Thrusters (43kg/30kg)
100 Overhead-Touch Push-ups
100 Wall Ball Shots (20lb-10'/14lb-9’)
Overhead-touch push-ups require the athlete to perform a hand-release push-up, where lying on the floor the hands are released from the floor and clap over the athletes’ head.
Rowing – P1 will row. P2 will hold a plate locked out overhead while P1 rows. Men – 10kg & Ladies – 10lb.
Deadlifts, Thrusters, Overhead-Touch Push-ups, Pull-ups, Sit-ups and Wall Ball shots – P1 does reps for said exercise while P2 holds a plank (on elbows), athletes will switch-out turn with reps, as they choose. Exception for pull-ups - partner assisted were applicable.
Both athletes must be working at the same time. If one partner needs to rest, the team has to rest. The key to this team WOD is “COMMUNICATION”. Talk with your partner
