A. Sumo-Deadlifts, 8x3, load stays the same. 30-second rests.
Compare to 02/09/16.

B. Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes of:
5 Sumo-Deadlift High Pulls, Kettlebell (70lb/50lb)
5 Wall Ball Shots (25lb-10’/20lb-9’)
Rest 2 minutes then REPEAT
Compare to 08/02/17.
