1) Decline Push-ups, 5 sets of 8 reps @ tempo 31X1, 20” surface.
3-minute rests.
2) DB Fly’s on Medicine Ball, 5 sets of 8 reps. 2-minute rests.
3) Bench Press, wide grip, 12-10-8-6-4-2 reps. Increase loads. 3-minute rests.
