Partner WOD
For time -
 400 Meter sprint
Then...
20 handstand Push-up
30 Pull-ups
40 Wallballs (20/14)
50 Burpees
60 Deadlifts (LTBD)
50 Burpees
40 Wallballs
30 Pull-ups
20 Handstand Push-up
Then- 
400 Meter sprint 

In this workout, partners can divide the reps however they want but each partner must do an even amount of work. 
For the sprints- partner 1 sprints 100M and rests while partner 2 completes 100M sprint. Do this until each person has completed 400M.
