TODAY’S WOD:

A. Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes: 
1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Clean
*Increase load.

B. Complete as many reps as possible in 16 minutes of:
10 Burpee Pull-ups
20m OH Walking lunge with dumbbell (switch arms after 10 meters-LTBD)
15 Slam-balls (50/35)

Post loads for part A and total reps for part B to Members Area or comments.
