A. Back Rack Stationary Lunges
Every minute for 10 minutes do:
1st minute: 5 BRSL, left side
2nd minute: 5 BRSL, right side
*BRSL load to be determined. No Racks.

B. 5 rounds for time:
10 Deadlifts (155lbs/115lbs)
10-meter Handstand Walk

C. Mobility 101 @ 10AM:

C. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
1) Warm up: 2 rounds of:
20 knees to feet jumps
15 front raises, snatch grip, bottom of the OH squat w/11lb bar, 
Barbell curl 21's, 7 bottom half curl, 7 top half curls, 7 full curls w/empty barbell
2) Olympic lifting: Split Snatch, find your 1RM or 3RM per side.
