1) 5x25, Overhead Squat (LTBD). 90 second rests.
2) 5x10-meter, Walking Lunge, rest DB on shoulders (LTBD). 90 second rests.
3) 3x8 Hamstring Raises on GHD 4) 3x25 Hip Thrusts w/barbell on floor
