We are OPEN  this morning for our regular 9AM WOD!!! 


Complete as many reps as possible in 25 minutes of:

10 Squat Cleans (LTBD)
10 Front Rack Back Lunges (Alternating), same load as Squat Cleans
10 Push Press, same load
200m Run
-Grab one egg from the basket (Do not open)

At the end of the 25min AMRAP members will open all the eggs the have collected and complete actions. 

Possible items inside eggs: 5, 10, 15 or 20 reps of:
Do burpees
Give other member burpees
Take away burpees

Members will have 10 minutes to complete their burpees. Members may also assist others in completing their burpees, once they have completed their own. 

Post rounds/reps and burpees completed  to Members Area or comments.
