The gym will open at 7am with the first heat starting at 8am. Heats will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. Arrive early to get your name in a heat and to warm-up. RX athletes will be judged by one of our coaches. Scaled athletes will be judged by one of their peers that is also competing in the scaled division in the CrossFit Open. Everyone that wants to just workout will be paired with a peer to make the WOD more fun. Everyone will be in a heat whether you are competing in the Open or just here to workout. 

Workout 18.5

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
3 thrusters
3 chest-to-bar pull-ups
6 thrusters
6 chest-to-bar pull-ups
9 thrusters
9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
12 thrusters
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
15 thrusters
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
18 thrusters
18 chest-to-bar pull-ups

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.
