C. Strength 101:
“Chest and Back #2”
1) Bench Press 10-8-6-4-2 reps for load.
Weighted Pull-ups 5-5-5-5-5 reps for load. Scale to partner assist or no-load pull-ups. Reps must be completed unbroken.
*perform as a superset with 2-minute rests between.
2) Dumbbell Flies on Medicine ball 10-8-6-4-2 reps for full range of motion, keep load on the lighter side.
Barbell Bent Over Rows 10-8-6-4-2 reps for loads.
*perform as a superset with 2-minute rests between.
