10 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box
Women use 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box

9AM CLASS:
5 rounds, each for time, 3-minute rest in between rounds:

200m sprint
1 round Cindy: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats
40 doubleunders

Post time and load for 8AM and times for 9AM to Members Area or comments.
