@ 32X1. Load stays the same.
*2 warm up sets to find working weight

B. 3 rounds for time  
Buy-in 100 walking lunges
10 BTN Prone press on GHD (scale-floor)
15 DB Single Leg Deadlift (LTBD)
15 Wallballs (LTBD)
100 Meter Shuttle Runs
