8AM Class:
Complete as many reps as possible in 25 minutes of:
15 Burpees
1 round of “DT”: 
     12 Deadlifts, 155#
       9 Hang Power Cleans
       6 Push Jerks
30 Doubleunders

9AM Class:
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
200 meter Run
5 Power Snatch (LTBD)
10 Toes to Barbell
…Rest 3 minutes…
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
100 meter Run
6 Overhead Stationary Lunges, alternate legs (LTBD)
30 second Hollowbody Hold
…Rest 3 minutes…
Every minute for 10 minutes:
1st minute: Handstand Hold, 45 seconds.
2nd minute: Jumping Ball Slams, reps (50lb/25lb), 45 seconds

Post reps and load for 8AM and reps/loads for 9AM to Members Area or comments.
