In this workout, you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute (1) break is allowed before repeating. 5 rounds.
The stations are:

1. Sledge strikes on tire, 1 strike = 1 rep
2. 10-meter Shuttle run repeats, each 10m = 1 rep
3. Toes to PVC (floor), reps
4. Wall Ball Shots, 10’ (20lb/14lb, reps
5. Burpees, reps

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.

9AM Endurance WOD:

Four rounds for time:
25 Thrusters (LTBD), reps unbroken or take a penalty
200-meter Run
At the top of every minute do 3 Burpees.
