then, Run 1 mile

9:00AM Endurance WOD:
For time:
25 Burpees, then:
4 rounds of:
Run 400 meters
25 Slam Balls (50lb/25lb)
200 Single Jumpropes
then, 25 Burpees

10:30AM – 11:45AM: Yin Yasa Yoga with Gabby
