50 Squats
7 Muscle-ups (sub: 28 Pull-ups + 28 Dips)
10 Hang Power Cleans (135lbs/95lbs)

B. Mobility 101 @ 10AM:
Point of Interest: The Psoas Muscle

C. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
1) Shoulder Press 1RM. 10 minutes.
2) Push Press 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 for load. Start with 50% 1RM for first 10 reps. Increase incrementally for each set.
