AMRAP in 6 minutes of:
5 Dumbbell Man Makers (LTBD)
10 Box Jumps (24'/20')

Rest 1 minute, then...

AMRAP in 6 minutes of:
5 Toes to Bar
10 Push-ups

B. Mobility 101 @ 10AM:

C. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
1) Front Squat from Rack 8 sets of 3 repetitions. Increase load. 2 minute Rests.
2) 6 sets of the following Barbell complex (unbroken):
2 Power Cleans + 2 Squat Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 1 Thruster. Increase load, if able.
