B. 3 rounds for time:
20 Overhead Stationary Lunges w/plate (45lb/25lb)
15 Ring Dips
10 Toes to Bar

C. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
“Clean Complex_1”
5 Clean Lift-Offs + 4 Clean Deadlifts + 3 Clean High-Pulls + 2 Power Cleans + 1 Front Squat + 1 Squat Clean.
Rest 4-5 minutes. Increase load, work up to heavy. 5 sets.
