In this workout, the athlete will move from each of four stations after two minutes. This is an eight-minute round from which a two-minute break is allowed before repeating. The stations are:

1. Rope climbs, 15’(ascents)
2. Toes thru Rings (reps)
3. Handstand Push-ups (reps)
4. Walking Lunges (steps)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, ascent, and steps. A total of 3 rounds will be completed.
