B. Deadlifts 6x2. Increase loads. 1 minute rests.

C. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
1) Bench Press 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for loads. Rest 2 minutes between efforts.
*No resting the barbell or racking the barbell during the designated reps.
