A. 7 rounds for time of:
7 Deadlifts (225lb/175lb)
7 L-Pullups
7 Push-ups

B. Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:
3 Weighted Dips
*Increase loads. Use Rings or stationary. Compare to 01/12/17.

C. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
1) 5x5/side, Dumbbell Power Snatch.
2) 5x3/side, Dumbbell Overhead Squat
Complete reps on one side before switching.
Increase loads. 90 seconds’ rests.
