C. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
Every 5 minutes for 30 minutes do:
3 Snatch Deadlift + 3 Snatch Pulls + 3 Snatch High Pulls + 3 Muscle Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats + 1 Squat Snatch
Increasing load. Rest during the remainder of the 5 minutes. *Compare to 02/16/17.
