B. Seven rounds for time:
10 Sumo-deadlift High Pulls (95lb/65lb)
10 Ring Dips
*Compare to 12/11/14.
C. Strength 101 @ 6PM: Muscle Snatch
1) Dip & Shrug 3x3
2) Elbows High and Out 3x3
3) Turnover (Muscle Snatch) 3x3
Complete 1 set of 3 D&S + 3 EH&O + 3 TOVR (Muscle Snatch), increase load and repeat for 3 total sets.
4) Snatch Deadlift. 3x3. Increase load.
2-3 minute rests between sets.
Post load for (A), time for (B) and loads for (C) to Members Area or comments.
