B. Group Stretching/Mobility

C. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
1) “Lizzie” 12-9-6-3 reps for time:
Power Clean (185lb/135lb)
Ring Dips
*Compare to 11/07/16.
2) Death By 10 Meters: With a continuously running clock, do 4 10-meter shuttle runs the first minute, 6 the second minute and continue to increase by 2 every minute until unable to complete the shuttle runs in the minute.
