TODAY’S W.O.D for 5pm, 6pm and 7pm:

Complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Weighted Pull-ups, single DB (LTBD)
10 Dynamic Push-ups, onto plate 2” or higher
15 Back Squats (135lbs/95lbs), no rack

Post total reps and loads to Members Area or comments.
