A. “D.T.”
5 rounds for time:
12 Deadlifts (155lbs/135lbs or LTBD)
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks

*We will perform this WOD in Tabata Intervals. A Tabata Interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. This format will be followed for the 5 rounds of D.T. 
*Compare to 06/08/2011.

B. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
Same as part A’s WOD.
