Today is the LAST day to drop-off donations for our Toys for Tots drive. The gym will be open from 5am until 1pm and 5pm until 8pm.

A. Complete 7 rounds for time:
10 x 10-meter shuttle runs
Rest 30 seconds
5 x 10-meter Kettlebell Front Rack Carry on the left side, 70lb/50lb
Rest 30 seconds
5 x 10-meter KB Front Rack Carry on the right side, 70lb/50lb
Rest 30 seconds
8 Strict, single-leg, Toes to Bar, alternate legs
Rest 30 seconds

B. Mobility 101 @ 10AM:
Point of Interest: The Quadriceps Muscle and the Tensor Fascia Latae Muscle

C. Strength 101 @ 6PM:
1) 10 rounds of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups + 5 Strict Pull-ups + 7 Kipping Pull-ups**
**RX = 45lbs DB, coming off the bar or going to the ground constitutes termination of a set.
